Please Read Before Your First Class

Studio Policies

The details behind our membership, booking, and studio guidelines, so you always know what to expect at Noor.

Booking & Cancellation
  • All classes must be reserved in advance through the Noor Pilates booking system. Walk-ins are welcome, but subject to availability.
  • Late cancellations, within 12 hours of class start time for limited memberships, 2 hours for unlimited memberships
  • no-shows may result in forfeiture of your class credit.
  • Noor Pilates reserves the right to modify class schedules, instructors, and offerings at any time.

Late Arrival

Please check in before your class begins. For everyone's safety, and so instructors can complete warm-up and setup without disruption, entry is not permitted more than 10 minutes after class start time.

  • Once the studio door closes at the 10-minute mark, no entry will be allowed, no exceptions.
  • A late arrival beyond this window results in forfeiture of the class credit.

Billing & Auto-Renewal

Memberships are billed automatically to the payment method on file on the same calendar date each month, and renew each month until cancelled.

  • Your first payment may include prorated charges, enrollment fees, or other one-time amounts, in addition to your recurring monthly rate.
  • If a billing attempt fails, we may retry the charge and/or suspend access until the balance is resolved.
  • Please keep your payment information current. Updates can be made through the member portal or by emailing the studio.
  • Pricing is subject to change with 30 days written notice.

Membership Term & Cancellation
6-month minimum commitment 30 days notice to cancel

Memberships require a minimum commitment of six consecutive months. After that term is complete, you're free to cancel at any time, subject to the following:

  • A minimum of 30 days written notice is required, submitted by email or through the member portal.
  • Cancellations are not permitted mid-billing cycle; your membership stays active through the end of the current period.
  • Notice submitted fewer than 30 days before your next billing date will take effect after the following cycle completes.
  • Early termination before the 6-month minimum is complete isn't permitted, except under extraordinary circumstances at studio management's discretion.

Membership Freeze

Life happens. Members in good standing may pause their membership under the following conditions:

  • Up to two freeze requests per calendar year, each lasting a maximum of one calendar month.
  • Requests must be submitted in writing at least 7 days before your next billing date.
  • No billing occurs during an approved freeze, and your commitment term is extended by the length of the freeze.
  • Classes or credits do not accrue during a freeze period.

Usage & Equipment

Membership access is personal and non-transferable, and valid only at your home studio location unless otherwise arranged in writing.

  • Limited plans include a set number of classes per month, as outlined in your membership plan. Unused classes do not roll over.
  • Grip socks are required when in the studio. If you do not have grip socks you can purchase at the studio.
  • Please use studio equipment only as instructed by staff and in line with posted safety guidelines. Never use equipment that seems damaged or unsafe, and report any issues to staff right away.
  • Members are responsible for costs arising from improper, negligent, or unauthorized use of studio equipment.

Refund Policy

Membership fees are generally non-refundable. That said, we understand exceptions come up, refund requests are reviewed case-by-case by studio management.

  • To request a refund, email the studio with the reason for your request.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days to your original payment method.

Health, Safety & Liability

Pilates and reformer work are physically demanding. By joining us, you're confirming you're able to participate safely, and agreeing to let us know about any conditions we should be aware of.

  • Please tell us about any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations before class, so your instructor can help you modify safely.
  • Inform your instructor immediately if you feel pain, discomfort, or anything of concern during class.
  • In an emergency where you're unable to give consent, Noor Pilates staff are authorized to seek or arrange medical treatment on your behalf.

Every member and participant signs our full Liability Waiver prior to participating, which includes a release of liability, assumption of risk, and related terms, and is incorporated into your Membership Agreement.

Code of Conduct

We want Noor to feel welcoming, focused, and safe for everyone in the room. All members and guests are expected to follow studio rules, policies, and instructor direction at all times.

  • Studio rules may be shared by email, text, the member portal, or notices posted in-studio, and are part of your agreement with us.
  • Noor Pilates reserves the right to refuse participation or ask someone to leave if their conduct is unsafe, disruptive, or otherwise inappropriate.

This page is a friendly summary. The full legal terms live in your Membership Purchase Agreement and Liability Waiver, both signed at the time of joining, and both govern your membership.
