Who We Are

  • Noor Pilates is a safe and accessible Pilates movement in the Chicago suburbs. Our goal is to bring pilates to the community and make it fun, accessible, and challenging so everyone leaves with a sense of purpose. Every body is on a journey and we want to join you on it to make you feel like your best self

  • EVERYONE. Pilates is for everyone and we’re here to offer that. From beginner level, to pregnancy friendly, and advanced sculpt style, our classes offer a story that maps out your journey

  • What began as a passion project has evolved into something more. Growing up in the city of Chicago and trying everything from swimming, weight training, tennis, solidcore, and pilates, having accessibility to different types of workouts allowed the owner Sarah to really transform her life through fitness. Now in the suburbs, our goal is to offer pilates that’s fun, challenging, and pushes you to grow in a similar way. Pilates transforms the way you move throughout life, and we want to bring that to you

Noor Pilates is all about community

We believe in partnering with organizations and charities that help bring the benefits of pilates to our community. Noor Pilates has always been about creating a safe, inclusive space for women to move mindfully. We're so proud of the relationships we've built to allow hundreds of women to gather and have fun practicing pilates
